What data we process and why

When you contact us by email or through the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, company, email and message) solely to answer your enquiry and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal.

If you accept analytics cookies, browsing data is collected in aggregate form through Google Analytics. See our cookie policy.

Legal basis

• Enquiries and contact: your consent and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Web analytics: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Retention

We keep data for as long as needed to handle your request and, afterwards, for the periods required by law. If no business relationship results, we delete it within 12 months at most.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. Our service providers (web hosting, email and, if you accept it, Google Analytics) may access it as data processors under their own terms of service. Some of these providers may carry out international transfers covered by the safeguards set out in the GDPR.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@attraktorcode.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
